We use Kajabi to host our site, deliver courses/coaching, manage email, and process forms. Kajabi acts as our data processor/service provider under a Data Processing Addendum that incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

2) Information we collect

  • Identity & Contact Data: name, email, postal address, phone number, employer, role.

  • Account & Profile Data: login, password, course progress, community posts, support requests.

  • Transaction Data: purchases, billing address, order history.

  • Payment Data: handled by our payment processors (Kajabi Payments/Stripe/PayPal). We receive confirmation of payment status but do not store full card details.

  • Marketing & Communications Data: preferences for email/SMS; opt-ins recorded via Kajabi forms.

  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, cookies, and similar technologies used by Kajabi to operate and secure the platform and provide analytics.

  • User-Generated Content: comments, community posts, survey responses, uploaded assignments.

3) How we collect it

  • Directly from you: when you create an account, make a purchase, submit a form, or contact support.

  • Automatically: via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you use the Services.

  • From service providers: payment processors, email delivery tools, analytics, customer support tools.

4) How we use your information

We process personal information to:

  • provide, personalize, and improve the Services (including course delivery and coaching);

  • take and manage payments, orders, and refunds;

  • send service messages (e.g., purchase receipts, access instructions) and—where permitted—marketing communications;

  • provide support and safety/security (fraud prevention, diagnostics, backups);

  • analyze performance and engagement for product improvement;

  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal bases (EEA/UK only)

We rely on: contract (to deliver what you purchased), legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve our Services, and limited direct marketing), consent (certain emails/SMS, cookies/analytics in the EEA/UK), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory).

5) Disclosing your information

We share personal information with:

  • Kajabi (site hosting, email, course delivery) under its DPA and security program;

  • Payment processors: Kajabi Payments/Stripe/PayPal for transactions;

  • Sub-processors used by Kajabi (e.g., infrastructure providers such as AWS) necessary to operate the platform; see Kajabi’s current sub-processor list in its Help Center;

  • Professional advisors and authorities (if required by law or to protect rights);

  • Other integrations you request (e.g., calendar, webinar, or email tools we connect).

We do not sell personal information. If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined under California law), we will do so only via optional cookies and provide an opt-out.

6) International transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own (including the United States) where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) and require our processors to protect your data. Kajabi’s DPA incorporates these safeguards.

7) Cookies & similar technologies

We (and Kajabi) use necessary cookies to operate the site and optional cookies for analytics/marketing. Where required, we will request consent via a cookie banner and honor your choices. You can manage preferences at any time via [Cookie Settings link] and your browser settings. For an overview of Kajabi’s cookies, see Kajabi’s Help Center guidance.

8) Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. Opt-out does not affect essential service emails (e.g., transactional messages, account changes).

9) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may anonymize data for research and statistics.

10) Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
Canada (PIPEDA/provincial laws): access and correction; challenge compliance; withdraw consent subject to legal/contractual limits.
US – California (CPRA): right to know, correct, delete, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; right to limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information; non-discrimination.
To exercise rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and, where applicable, act through an authorized agent.

11) Payments

Payments are processed by Kajabi Payments, Stripe, and/or PayPal. These processors collect and process payment data directly; we do not store full card numbers. Please review their privacy notices for more information.

12) Communities, comments & user content

Any content you post in course communities, comments, or forums may be visible to other users. Please do not share confidential or sensitive information in public areas.

13) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, and we require our processors (including Kajabi and its sub-processors) to do the same. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

14) Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

15) Third-party links

Our Services may include links or embedded content from third parties (e.g., video hosts, webinar tools). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

16) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted or notified where required.
