Who are We?

Right Path Academy was founded in 2024 to empower lawyers with the business development and marketing skills they need to thrive in today’s competitive legal market. With nearly two decades of experience working directly with law firms across North America, our founder, Lynn, brings deep expertise in business development, marketing, and personal branding tailored specifically for lawyers.

Having collaborated with lawyers at all stages of their careers—from junior associates to managing partners—Lynn understands the unique challenges legal professionals face and how to navigate them successfully.

Lynn’s career spans roles at JPMorgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving in-house at global law firm White & Case, where she led strategic business development initiatives. She later drove a major rebrand and strategic plan at a leading Canadian law firm to prepare for a global merger. In 2012, Lynn co-founded fSquared Marketing, serving as CEO for 12 years and helping firms across the U.S. and Canada achieve measurable growth.
